We performed single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to examine potential cross-talk between Cancer cells and Cancer associated fibroblasts (CAFs) in OCCC. Spheroid cancer cells and CAFs were mixed for co-culture or unmixed for monoculture and analyzed by scRNA-seq using the Single Cell 3' Reagent Kit v3 and 3’ CellPlex Kit Set A (10X Genomics) following the manufacturer’s protocol.
