We have compiled a list of colour anomalies in anurans by accessing papers published in the journals <em>Herpetological Review, Herpetology Notes</em>, and <em>Herpetological Bulletin</em>, as well as via Internet searches using the keywords ‘color/colour/coloration’, ‘anomaly/anomalies’, and ‘anurans/tadpoles’. Such a procedure was adopted because most of the anuran colour records are anecdotal and thus not published in highly indexed journals. We classified these records within six biogeographic realms (Nearctic, Neotropic, Palearctic, Afrotropic, Indomalayan, and Australasia) according to Dinerstein et al. (2017). 我们通过检索发表于《爬行动物学评论(Herpetological Review)》《爬行动物学笔记(Herpetology Notes)》及《爬行动物学通报(Herpetological Bulletin)》的文献,结合以"color/colour/coloration""anomaly/anomalies""anurans/tadpoles"为关键词开展的互联网检索,整理得到一份无尾目(Anurans)体色异常记录清单。之所以采用该检索策略,是因为绝大多数无尾目体色记录均为轶事性记载,未发表于高影响力索引期刊。我们参考Dinerstein等人(2017)提出的分类体系,将这些记录划分为6个生物地理界:新北区(Nearctic)、新热带区(Neotropic)、古北界(Palearctic)、埃塞俄比亚界(Afrotropic)、印度-马来亚界(Indomalayan)及澳新界(Australasia)。截至本文同行评议截止日期前发表的2022年无尾目体色异常相关论文,均被纳入本综述。
