Genome simulated data

This tar ball contains the additional genome simulation results not included in the paper "Substructured population growth in the Ashkenazi Jews inferred with Approximate Bayesian Computation".<br>There is one tab-delimited file (model 2) used as input for ABCtoolbox. The first line of each file is a header. The first set of columns are the parameter values used in the simulation and the remaining columns are the population genetic summary statistics. Each row is from one simulation - thus the number of rows equals the number of simulations + 1.

本tar压缩包包含未纳入《基于近似贝叶斯计算（Approximate Bayesian Computation，ABC）推断阿什肯纳兹犹太人的亚结构种群增长》论文的额外基因组模拟结果。本压缩包内含一份用于ABCtoolbox输入的制表符分隔文件（模型2）。每份文件的首行为表头。文件前若干列对应模拟中使用的参数值，剩余列则为群体遗传学汇总统计量。每一行对应一次模拟结果，因此文件行数等于模拟总次数加1。
