Data and R code for MSc thesis on wildfire activity in protected and non-protected areas

This repository contains all datasets and the GEE and R scripts used in the MSc thesis “ Testing the Wildfire Paradox at the Global Scale: Burnt Area Dynamics in Protected and Non-Protected Ecosystems ”. The archive enables reproduction of the analytical workflow and figures, and provides a reference for future research on fire dynamics, land protection, and ecological context.
