Bibliometric data on multidimensional poverty research: Web of Science and Scopus exports (1996–2025)

Raw bibliographic data exported from Web of Science (4 files, plain text format, .txt) and Scopus (1 file, comma-separated values format, .csv), used in the bibliometric analysis of scientific production on multidimensional poverty research. Data were collected on May 19, 2026. The final deduplicated collection comprises 2,354 documents published between 1996 and 2025. Data were analyzed using the Bibliometrix package in R. These files support the findings reported in the article "Mapping multidimensional poverty research: a bibliometric analysis," submitted to PLOS ONE.
