Brain physiology due to season play

tab-separated files containing study data:<br><br>demographic.txt / demographic_ctl.txt = demographics for athletes. Col(1) = age, col(2) = sex, col(3) = history of concussion, col(4) = contact exposure (coded as 1=non-contact, 2=contact, 3=collision)<br>global_mean_[parameter].txt = global mean values of MRI parameters, including cerebral blood flow (CBF) in mL/100g/min, fractional amplitude of low frequency fluctuations (FALFF), fractional anisotropy (FA) and mean diffusivity (MD) (values multiplied x10^3). For all files, col(1) = beginning of season, col(2) = end of season, col(3) = 1 month afterwards, col(4) = next beginning of season follow-up.<br>hooper_index_score.txt = total Hooper's Index scores, denoting severity of self-reported overtraining symptoms. For this file, col(1) = beginning of season, col(2) = end of season, col(3) = 1 month afterwards, col(4) = next beginning of season follow-up.<br>*NB: entries with "NaN" denote missing values.

本数据集为制表符分隔文件，包含研究相关数据：

demographic.txt / demographic_ctl.txt：存储运动员的人口统计学信息。第1列为年龄，第2列为性别，第3列为脑震荡病史，第4列为接触性运动暴露等级（编码规则：1=非接触性运动，2=接触性运动，3=冲撞性运动）。
global_mean_[parameter].txt：存储磁共振成像（Magnetic Resonance Imaging, MRI）参数的全局均值，包括以mL/100g/min为单位的脑血流量（cerebral blood flow, CBF）、低频振幅分数（fractional amplitude of low frequency fluctuations, FALFF）、各向异性分数（fractional anisotropy, FA）与平均扩散系数（mean diffusivity, MD），所有数值已乘以10³。所有此类文件的第1列为赛季初数据，第2列为赛季末数据，第3列为赛后1个月随访数据，第4列为下一赛季初随访数据。
hooper_index_score.txt：存储Hooper指数总分，用于表征自我报告的过度训练症状严重程度。该文件的第1列为赛季初数据，第2列为赛季末数据，第3列为赛后1个月随访数据，第4列为下一赛季初随访数据。
