AD and gut miRNA

1, App-knock-in mice with and without depletion of miRNA in the gut have been established by conditionally knocking out Dicer1 gene in epithelial cells of the gut. 2, Total DNA was isolated from the brain tissue using Trizol and sequenced for the bacterial 16S rDNA (V3-V4 region). The data has been deposited in the file named with "00.CleanData".3, Total RNA was isolated from the brain tissue using Trizol. mRNA was sequenced. The clean data has been deposited in the file named with "CountMatrix_CPM".
