2010-2015年基于SSPs要素框架的鄂毕河流域人文社会经济数据集

鄂毕河流域经济社会指标数据集主要通过鄂毕河流域各地区政府公报及生态环境资源公报查询、整理所得。基于SSPs要素框架，指标数据集涵盖人力资源、自然资源、经济发展、社会发展和环境保护5个方面，其中人力资源部分包括出生率、死亡率、人口自然增长率3项指标；自然资源部分包含年平均气温、年降水量、地表水总量、森林覆盖率4个测度指标；经济发展方面包含人均GDP、采矿行业产值、进出口贸易总额、进口贸易额、出口贸易额、货物周转率6项指标；社会发展方面包含就业率（从业人员占比）、消费价格指数、医疗机构数量、城镇化率4项指标；环境保护包含废水排放总量、工业固体废物排放量、单位GDP耗水量、单位GDP能耗4项指标。2010-2015年指标数据集为反映当前发展现况（基础数据），覆盖范围为Kemerovskaya oblast'（克麦罗沃州）、Altay republic（阿尔泰共和国）、Yamalo-Nenets autonomous oblast'（亚马尔-涅涅茨）、Altayskiy kray（阿尔泰边疆区）、Omskaya Oblast（鄂木斯克）、Tomskaya oblast'（托木斯克）、Novosibirsk oblast'（新西伯利亚）地区。基础数据1102条，其中人力资源162条、自然资源216条、经济发展288条、社会发展220条、环境保护216条。

The Ob River Basin Economic and Social Indicators Dataset is compiled and sorted through querying government bulletins and eco-environmental resource bulletins of various regions within the Ob River Basin. Based on the Shared Socioeconomic Pathways (SSPs) framework, this indicator dataset covers five dimensions: human resources, natural resources, economic development, social development and environmental protection. Specifically, the human resources dimension includes three indicators: birth rate, mortality rate and natural population growth rate; the natural resources dimension contains four measurement indicators: annual average temperature, annual precipitation, total surface water volume and forest coverage rate; the economic development dimension includes six indicators: per capita GDP, mining industry output value, total import and export trade volume, import trade volume, export trade volume and cargo turnover rate; the social development dimension includes four indicators: employment rate (proportion of employed persons), consumer price index, number of medical institutions and urbanization rate; the environmental protection dimension includes four indicators: total wastewater discharge, total industrial solid waste discharge, water consumption per unit GDP and energy consumption per unit GDP. The 2010-2015 indicator dataset, serving as the basic data reflecting the current development status, covers the regions of Kemerovskaya Oblast', Altay Republic, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Oblast', Altayskiy Kray, Omskaya Oblast', Tomskaya Oblast' and Novosibirsk Oblast'. There are 1102 basic data entries in total, among which 162 entries belong to human resources, 216 entries belong to natural resources, 288 entries belong to economic development, 220 entries belong to social development and 216 entries belong to environmental protection.
