针对五种不同基因型的AAVS1位点靶向人诱导多能干细胞（human induced pluripotent stem cells, hiPSC）克隆，开展八聚体结合转录因子4（OCT4）与RGECO表达水平的免疫细胞化学定量分析；通过PCR凝胶电泳鉴定人诱导多能干细胞克隆的双等位基因靶向情况；针对部分人诱导多能干细胞分化心肌细胞（human induced pluripotent stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes, hiPSC-CM）克隆，开展心肌α-辅肌动蛋白（cardiac alpha actinin）与RGECO表达水平的免疫细胞化学定量分析。
