Table summarizing DnaSP Ka/Ks results. Data focused on notable Ka/Ks values only, noting the number of Ka/Ks values greater than one over the entire sequence. Coding sequences obtained from Ensembl via BLASTn. Re-aligned as translated amino acids via MUSCLE in Aliview. Species were run against each other one at a time - data from each comparison were collected and entered into Microsoft Excel to create this table.

本表格汇总了DnaSP软件计算得到的Ka/Ks分析结果。本数据集仅保留具有研究意义的Ka/Ks值，并标注了全序列范围内Ka/Ks值大于1的总数量。编码序列通过BLASTn从Ensembl数据库获取；随后借助Aliview内置的MUSCLE工具，将编码序列翻译为氨基酸序列后进行多序列重比对。所有物种均采用两两逐一比对的方式开展分析，收集每组比对所得的数据并录入Microsoft Excel，最终生成本表格。
