<p>Data available here are supplemental tables and figures that describe the changes in circadian rhythms of hormones (cortisol, melatonin, growth hormone, progesterone, and serotonin) and body temperature in late pregnant and early lactation dairy cows. Tables and figures also describe the effect of exposure of chronic light-dark shafts shifts to disrupt circadian clocks on these rhythms.</p>
