2、精装修住宅业主满意度主要包括设计风格、装修质量、智慧家居、维修响应、建材品牌、空间规划、节能环保七个因子,由业主根据自身感受以1-5分进行打分。
用AHP层次分析法计算权重,设计风格,装修质量,智慧家具,维修响应,建材品牌,空间规划,节能环保总共7项对应的权重值分别是:16.370%,14.416%,12.462%,14.720%,12.723%,15.849%,13.461%
满意度得分(小数点后取2位)=16.370%*设计风格+14.416%*装修质量+12.462%*智慧家具+14.720%*维修响应+12.723%*建材品牌+15.849%*空间规划+13.461%*节能环保

Analyzing owner satisfaction with finely decorated residential properties is a critical step to optimizing the management and service quality of enterprises in the decoration engineering industry. It helps enterprises identify deficiencies in their project management, formulate targeted improvement measures, enhance the comprehensive quality of decoration projects for owners, maintain positive relationships with customers, improve corporate image, and elevate brand value and overall competitiveness.
1. Data was collected from questionnaires distributed to owners of finely decorated residential properties under our enterprise in Huizhou. Prior to analysis, data cleaning was conducted, including anonymization, removal of outliers, null values and erroneous values.
2. The owner satisfaction with finely decorated residential properties covers seven core factors: design style, decoration quality, smart home, maintenance response, building material brand, space planning, energy conservation and environmental protection. Owners rate each factor on a 1-5 scale based on their personal experience.
The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to calculate the weights of these factors. The corresponding weight values of the seven factors (design style, decoration quality, smart home, maintenance response, building material brand, space planning, energy conservation and environmental protection) are 16.370%, 14.416%, 12.462%, 14.720%, 12.723%, 15.849% and 13.461% respectively.
The overall satisfaction score (rounded to two decimal places) is calculated as: Satisfaction Score = 16.370% × Design Style + 14.416% × Decoration Quality + 12.462% × Smart Home + 14.720% × Maintenance Response + 12.723% × Building Material Brand + 15.849% × Space Planning + 13.461% × Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection
Satisfaction is classified as follows:
- Dissatisfied: Score < 3
- Average: 3 ≤ Score < 4
- Satisfied: Score ≥ 4
