Data Processing The working status of the concrete high formwork support is judged by parameters such as its operating inclination angle, formwork settlement, displacement and combined uniform load of the applied load. 2.1 Set the early warning values for parameters including inclination angle, formwork settlement, displacement and the combined uniform load obtained from real-time load analysis in the system. 2.2 Analyze the inclination angle, formwork settlement and displacement of the concrete high formwork support based on the collected data, and calculate the combined uniform load Q in real time using the following formula: Q=(25h+a+w)*i Where Q is the combined uniform load, h is the thickness of the formwork slab, a is the self-weight of the formwork lumber, w is the construction uniform live load, and i is the partial safety factor. 2.3 Adopt the multi-channel real-time independent comparison method to conduct comparative analysis between the corresponding parameter early warning values and the real-time collected data. 3. Data Application Realize real-time early warning for vertical rod inclination, formwork settlement, support horizontal displacement and axial force through the above analysis and calculation, detect potential safety hazards in time, issue warnings and alarms via audible and visual alarms, and take corresponding measures to prevent accidents.
