Main stress factors for pilots worldwide 2020

In a 2020 survey, 47 percent of pilots surveyed revealed that job security is the major cause for pilots' stress in the cockpit. During that a 2019 survey, 59 percent of respondents stated that their current employer does not care about the pilots' wellbeing.
