Observations on individual styles (n=1153 records)

Each record in this spreadsheet includes the observations recorded for an individual style, including whether it was self- vs. cross-pollinated, the number of pollen grains adhering to the stigma, and the number of pollen tubes visible in each 1-mm interval of the style four hours following pollination. The temperature recorded at the time of pollination and the mean temperature recorded for the four hours following pollination are also included. The stigma penetrance rate and the mean pollen tube growth rate among all pollen tubes visible in the style are also estimated based on Equation 1 in the published manuscript.

本电子表格中的每条记录均对应单个花柱（style）的观测数据，涵盖该花柱的授粉类型（自花授粉与异花授粉）、黏附于柱头（stigma）表面的花粉粒（pollen grain）数量，以及授粉后4小时时，该花柱每1毫米区间内可见的花粉管（pollen tube）数量。同时纳入了授粉时刻记录的环境温度，以及授粉后4小时时段内的平均温度。此外，还基于已发表论文中的公式1，对柱头花粉穿透率（stigma penetrance rate）以及该花柱内所有可见花粉管的平均生长速率进行了估算。
