按照《海洋调查规范》 (GB17378-2007) 和(GB12763.1-2007)获取样品。本数据集包括了文章中使用的经纬度、黄河河口区表层沉积物中铬、铜、锌、砷、镉、铅和汞的夏季（WSRS期）与秋季（非WSRS期）的生态累积指数(Igeo)、生态风险指数(RI)及个体风险因子（Er)基本信息。

Samples were collected in accordance with the Specification for Marine Survey (GB 17378-2007) and GB 12763.1-2007. This dataset contains basic information including latitude and longitude, as well as the geoaccumulation index (Igeo), ecological risk index (RI) and individual risk factor (Er) of chromium (Cr), copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), arsenic (As), cadmium (Cd), lead (Pb) and mercury (Hg) in surface sediments from the Yellow River Estuary area in summer (WSRS period) and autumn (non-WSRS period), which were used in the corresponding article.
