Species gain and loss per degree Celsius

These data are associated with a manuscript by Mark Westoby, Samuel C. Andrew, Rachael V. Gallagher, and Julian Schrader, titled "Species gain and loss per degree Celsius". The manuscript (in review) and associated R code will explain the methods.
All included files can be used to run the Rmarkdown file "Species_turnover_Aus_231103.Rmd" for data prep and The R script "Species_turnover_plots_figshare.R" to reproduce main figures.

These data were downloaded in December 2019 and a fresh download of ALA occurrence data is probably recommended for future studies.
