Code to reproduce inverse modelling results in the paper. There are 2 folders 1 - Compute velocities - Scripts in this folder are used to compute coral site velocities and test different hypotheses about how to best describe the timeseries 2 - Inverse models - nonlinear inverse models using an MCMC sampler to obtain the posterior distribution of locked, steadily creeping and/or SSE regions on the Sunda megathrust (this requires the unicycle library - https://github.com/jdpmoore/unicycle)
本代码用于复现论文中的逆建模结果。本项目包含2个文件夹：1. 速度计算（Compute velocities）：该文件夹内的脚本用于计算珊瑚测站速度，并针对最优时间序列描述方式检验多种不同假说；2. 逆模型（Inverse models）：采用马尔可夫链蒙特卡洛（Markov Chain Monte Carlo, MCMC）采样器构建非线性逆模型，以获取巽他俯冲带（Sunda megathrust）上锁定区、稳定蠕变区以及/或者慢滑事件（Slow Slip Event, SSE）区域的后验分布。本代码依赖unicycle库，获取地址为https://github.com/jdpmoore/unicycle
