Experimental Analyses of the Anti-Alzheimer and Antidiabetic Effects of Flavonoid-rich Extract of Avocado Seeds (Persea americana Mill.)

The present study focused on the anti-Alzheimer and antidiabetic effects of flavonoid-rich extract of Persea americana seeds via in vitro analysis. The alpha- amylase, alpha-glucosidase activities are displayed in Fig 1 and 2. While the acetylcholinesterase, butyrylcholinesterase and monoamine oxidase activities are shown in Fig. 3, Fig 4, and Fig. 5, respectively. The data were analyzed with Graph Pad Prism 8.4. The results are presented as the means ± standard deviations (SDs) using t-test and ANOVA.
