KEGG_build_2025-11-07

Can be set up on a computer with an anvi'o installation using the command `anvi-setup-kegg-data --kegg-archive KEGG_build_2025-11-07_68221bd12b30.tar.gz` (specify a --kegg-data-dir to avoid overriding the default KEGG data directory, if one exists).This KEGG snapshot includes 557 modules, 57 BRITE hierarchies, 1,003 KEGG PATHWAY map images, and 1,328 HMMs for stray KOs (KOs without bit score thresholds provided by KEGG).Contains MODULES.db version 4.<br>Hash value of the database is 68221bd12b30
