富酸油脂原料油脂的红外分析主要面向甘油无催化降酸研究。该结果可有效的确认油料油脂的组成，明确油料油脂中脂肪酸的存在。并于降酸后的油脂红外进行对比，可有力的确认降酸反应的进行和效果。该数据对富酸油脂甘油无催化降酸的研究具有无可获取的参考价值。数据量为375KB。
The infrared spectroscopic analysis of high-acid oil feedstocks is primarily targeted at research on non-catalytic acid reduction using glycerol. This analysis can effectively confirm the composition of the oil feedstocks and clarify the presence of fatty acids within them. When compared with the infrared spectra of the oils post acid reduction, it can strongly validate the occurrence and efficacy of the acid reduction reaction. This dataset holds invaluable reference value for studies on the non-catalytic acid reduction of high-acid oils using glycerol. The size of this dataset is 375 KB.
