广东大亚湾站2002-2007年生物监测数据

本数据产品是在《中国生态系统定位观测与研究数据集》丛书的《湖泊湿地海湾生态系统卷》之广东大亚湾站1册的基础上进行数字化加工，通过完善元数据并与实体数据相关联，生产了本数据产品。本数据集记录了广东大亚湾站水生生物名录，包括浮游植物、浮游动物、底栖动物、鱼类的名录；以及广东大亚湾站浮游植物、浮游动物、 底栖动物的生物量，细菌的个体数和生物量、水体叶绿素等季节变化和年际变化数据。时间范围2002年-2007年。本数据产品同时包含大亚湾观测点介绍及观测指标获取方法与过程的关联文档。

This data product was developed via digital processing of Volume 1: Guangdong Daya Bay Station from the *Lake, Wetland and Bay Ecosystem Volume* of the *China Ecosystem Long-term Observation and Research Dataset Series*, by refining metadata and associating it with physical entity data. This dataset documents the aquatic organism checklist for Guangdong Daya Bay Station, covering checklists of phytoplankton, zooplankton, benthic fauna and fish species, as well as data on seasonal and inter-annual variations of the biomass of phytoplankton, zooplankton and benthic fauna, bacterial abundance and biomass, and water chlorophyll concentrations. The temporal coverage of the dataset spans from 2002 to 2007. Additionally, this data product includes associated documents that introduce the Daya Bay observation site and detail the methods and procedures for acquiring observation indicators.
