six phiCbK-like phage genomes

PhiCbK-like bacteriophages are model systems in many landmark studies. Our taxonomic study of an updated phiCbK-related collection underscores the need to expand the scope and scale of the pre-existing Dolichocephalovirinae subfamily. Here, we uploaded six new phiCbK-like phage sequences identified in bacterial genomes, including three <em>bona fide</em> phiCbK-like prophages (phage genomes integrated into the chromosome of their hosts) and three unintegrated phiCbK-like sequences.

类PhiCbK噬菌体（PhiCbK-like bacteriophages）是诸多里程碑式研究中的模式研究系统。本研究针对更新后的PhiCbK相关噬菌体组开展分类学分析，凸显了拓展已有的长头噬菌体亚科（Dolichocephalovirinae）范围与规模的必要性。本研究上传了6条在细菌基因组中鉴定得到的新型类PhiCbK噬菌体序列，其中包括3株真正的（bona fide）类PhiCbK原噬菌体——即整合于宿主染色体中的噬菌体基因组——以及3条非整合型类PhiCbK序列。
