2019年中国网格化网络活动异常指数

本数据集为2019年通过网络爬虫和异常探测技术获得的全国Flickr用户逐月活动量异常指数的网格化矢量数据，通过时序异常监测方法，统计每个网格的含位置图片数量的异常次数，以反映网络用户活动在网格位置上的异常程度。数据格式为Shapefile格式。空间单元为1°大小的网格单元。

This dataset is a gridded vector dataset of monthly activity anomaly indices for Flickr users across China, acquired in 2019 through web crawlers and anomaly detection technologies. Using time-series anomaly monitoring methods, it counts the number of anomaly occurrences based on the counts of geotagged images within each grid cell, aiming to reflect the anomaly level of online user activities at each grid location. The data is stored in Shapefile format, with each spatial unit being a grid cell of 1° in size.
