Data for Discover project - STEC isolates - animal. Discover_STEC_NVI

Dataset associated to DISCOVER project. STEC isolates collected from samples from surveillance programs, outbreak investigations and research projects including isolates from production animals, food, wild animals, environmental samples and one STEC isolate from a human healthy carrier. Bioinformatic molecular serotype is provided: O:H. When serotype was not predicted by molecular serotyping it is indicated as O_Unknown, H_Unknown or Unknown (for both). Note that Faeces/Manure are not necessary environmental samples as some isolate have been collected directly from the animal.
