Water quality and Hydrodynamics of the Guana Lake - One year field campaign

One-year field dataset of water quality, hydrodynamic, meteorological, bathymetric, discharge, laboratory nutrient, water-level, and QA/QC records collected at Guana Lake, Florida, USA. The dataset supports analysis of hydrodynamic and water-quality conditions in a managed coastal lake/estuarine system. It includes cleaned CSV tables derived from EXO2 and ProDSS field measurements, ADCP bathymetry and discharge measurements, water-level records at four locations, meteorological forcing, rainfall, laboratory total nitrogen analyses, and calibration/QA/QC documentation. Cleaned tables include normalized column names, source-file provenance, local timestamps where available, and timezone metadata reported as America/New_York. Water levels are referenced to NAVD88. ADCP discharge is reported in m3/s. Records lacking sufficient date/time metadata are separated into review files rather than included in the primary cleaned tables. This repository also includes supporting QA/QC documentation and related manuscript files describing field procedures, sensor handling, and data processing. The dataset is intended for reuse in coastal lake hydrodynamics, estuarine water-quality analysis, model calibration/validation, and comparative studies of managed estuarine systems.
