The three datasets presented in this work result from the efforts of the Time and Frequency Metrology Group at the University of S\u00e3o Paulo (USP), in collaboration with the National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology (INMETRO), to characterize the tropospheric delay associated with the UTC(LRTE) time scale. Two datasets were obtained using GNSS measurements, while the third was acquired from a micro-meteorological station.
