The RNA data of Desis_martensi

A female Desis martensi was collected from Sanya, Hainan Province.  Starvation treatment for three days. Then freezed with liquid nitrogen and stored at −80 °C. The transcriptome sequencing on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform (Berry Genomics, Beijing, China) yielding 150-bp paired-end reads.

一头雌性马尔滕斯潮蛛（Desis martensi）采集自中国海南省三亚市。对该个体进行为期三天的饥饿处理后，经液氮速冻并保存于-80℃环境中。随后在Illumina NovaSeq 6000测序平台（北京贝瑞基因，Berry Genomics，中国北京）开展转录组测序，最终获得150bp双端读段。
