本研究尝试复现《A single column thalamocortical network model》(Traub等,2005)中的图7B,基于Traub模型的Neuron版本。相关文件包括:fig.png为脉冲发放raster图(rasterplot),out.dat为该rasterplot的数据源文件;test7.png为分别来自suppyrRS、suppyrFRB、tuftIB与spinystellate细胞的电压轨迹图;含GROUCHO……的相关文件中,suppyrRS、suppyrFRB、tuftIB、spinystellate、tuftRS为群体中cell1的胞体电压数据(仅包含电压信号);diff_init.txt记录了本实验案例与7A实验案例的init.hoc文件的差异内容。Neuron软件配置如下:use_traubexac = 0,其余文件配置与7A案例一致,采用固定积分步长,awake = 0,模拟总时长tstop = 1600 ms,积分步长dt = 0.025 ms。
