Tail % DNA, tail DNA expressed as a percentage of the comet’s total DNA [Tail % DNA = 100-head % DNA]; Tail Length, the horizontal distance from the end of the head to the end of the tail; Olive Tail Moment, the product of the tail length and the fraction of total DNA in the tail [Olive Tail Moment = (Tail mean−Head mean)×Tail % DNA/100]. B cells were a mixed population pooled from four mice per group.
