Tsawwassen - Duke Point Ferry Route Campbell Scientific Datalogger Deployed 2015-03-06

The Campbell Scientific Datalogger CR800 14853 was deployed on 2015-03-06 on Tsawwassen - Duke Point Ferry Route. This ferry route goes between Tsawwassen terminal in Vancouver, BC and the Duke Point terminal, Nanaimo BC. This device is a Campbell Scientific Datalogger. Campbell Scientific Dataloggers are used for data acquisition and storage on the BC Ferries SeaKeeper system. The system supports several oceanographic sensors including temperature, conductivity, oxygen, chlorophyll and turbidity sensors. Typically, a meteorological station is also mounted on the ferry platforms. It was deployed on a mobile platform. Data from this deployment were archived and made available through Ocean Networks Canada's Oceans 2.0 digital infrastructure, with quality assurance and derived data products following established practices.
