The aims of this study are as follows: (1) to evaluate the removal effects of bacteria and ARGs in the real wastewater using MBQ; (2) to investigate the overall profiles of antibiotic resistome and bacterial community in the real wastewater after MBQ application; and (3) to reveal the key link between bacterial community shift and antibiotic resistome variation with the purpose of antibiotic resistance impedance.
