Traits_data

This file contains the traits measured in the third generation (S3) of the experiment. The column headers were chosen to be self-explaining. The second column, titled "transgen_temp", displays the sequence of temperature treatments across generations (S1-S2-S3). Due to the treatment having been scheduled to start of bolting, the block association changed with start of the treatment. Therefore, two blocking factors, block_before_flowering" and "block_after_flowering", are provided. The first is to be used in models for the early traits "diameter_day20" and "bolting_day", the second for the late traits "reproductive_biomass" and "average_seed_size".

本文件收录了本实验第三代（S3）群体的测定性状数据。各列标题均采用自解释式命名，无需额外说明即可明晰其所指代的内容。第二列标题为transgen_temp，展示了S1、S2、S3各世代的温度处理序列。由于本实验的温度处理以植株抽薹为启动节点，因此区组的关联关系会随处理起始而发生变化。为此，本数据集提供了两个区组因子：block_before_flowering（开花前区组）与block_after_flowering（开花后区组）。其中前者适用于早发性性状diameter_day20（第20天株径）与bolting_day（抽薹天数）的模型构建，后者则用于晚发性性状reproductive_biomass（生殖生物量）与average_seed_size（平均种子大小）的模型构建。
