RNA-seq of tumors from mice treated with or without Lachnospiraceae bacterium gavage

This study investigates the transcriptomic effects of oral gavage with Lachnospiraceae bacterium in tumor-bearing mice. Tumors were collected from mice that received either bacterial gavage or vehicle control. Total RNA was extracted from the tumor tissues and subjected to high-throughput RNA sequencing. This dataset provides insights into how Lachnospiraceae bacterium modulates gene expression in the tumor microenvironment and contributes to antitumor responses.
