FC-CoMIcs (Fuel Cell Corpus for Materials Informatics)

We provide model-generated annotations extracted from the literature. This corpus contains automatically extracted annotations from ~1000 scientific articles related to Oxygen Reduction Reaction (ORR) catalysts for fuel cells. The annotations were generated using our trained Named Entity Recognition (NER) and Relation Extraction (RE) model. FC-CoMIcs is the corpus that can contribute to the advancement of Materials Informatics (MI) studies, particularly in the field of polymer electrolyte fuel cell.

The dataset includes a text file listing the DOIs of the annotated articles, along with the corresponding Brat annotation files (.ann), which contain the extracted entities and relationships. The annotations follow a standard annotation scheme, ensuring usability for both Natural Language Processing (NLP) and fuel cell research.

本数据集提供从学术文献中提取的模型生成标注。该语料库包含约1000篇与燃料电池用氧还原反应（Oxygen Reduction Reaction, ORR）催化剂相关的学术文献的自动提取标注。此类标注由我们训练的命名实体识别（Named Entity Recognition, NER）与关系抽取（Relation Extraction, RE）模型生成。FC-CoMIcs这款语料库可推动材料信息学（Materials Informatics, MI）相关研究的发展，尤其在聚合物电解质燃料电池领域。

本数据集包含一份列出标注文献数字对象标识符（Digital Object Identifier, DOI）的文本文件，以及对应的Brat标注文件（.ann），其中存储了提取得到的实体与关系。该标注遵循标准标注规范，可同时适配自然语言处理（Natural Language Processing, NLP）与燃料电池领域的研究需求。
