Descriptive Forms of Alagna Valsesia geosites inventory (Sesia Val Grande UNESCO Global Geopark)

The following dataset contains descriptive sheets for the characterization and inventory of geosites in Alagna Valsesia, within the Sesia Val Grande UNESCO Global Geopark. The dataset has been provided by the Geopark and is a new dataset used in the context of the new project for cataloguing the geosites of Piedmont. These maps allow to have a detailed description of the geosites, to identify their potentials and vulnerabilities, becoming useful for geoconservation strategies.
