Allele-specific gene expression in stickleback (Gasterosteus aculeatus) embryos

Population-specific Gasterosteus aculeatus gene expression differences at an embryonic time point as assessed by RNA-seq. Overall design: Two different populations of stickleback were crossed to each other to generate F1 hybrids. RNA was extracted from the F1 progeny at an embryonic time point to investigate gene expression differences between the two populations.
