港口底泥調查計畫

本計畫主要完成全國重要港口（國際商港及第一類漁港）水質及底泥採樣及檢測，彙集並分析港口水質及底泥檢測資料，建立港口環境背景，提供海洋環境品質管理政策研擬參考。各港口水質，除了高雄港第二港口船席的鋅高出標準外，其餘點位及測項皆符合標準，各港口水質大致良好。底泥於所有港口皆有部分測值超過參考標準。

This project has completed the sampling and testing of water quality and sediment from major national ports (including international commercial ports and first-class fishing ports), collected and analyzed the relevant testing data of port water quality and sediment, established the port environmental baseline, and provided references for the formulation of marine environmental quality management policies. The water quality of all ports is generally good, with only the zinc concentration at the berths of the Second Port of Kaohsiung Harbor exceeding the regulatory standard; all other sampling points and tested parameters meet the corresponding standards. For sediment samples, some measured values across all ports exceed the reference standards.
