E. imbricata flipper and underwater photographs (Abrolhos and São Pedro São Paulo Archipelagos, Brazil, 2010-2011)

This fileset contains photos (.jpg) of hawksbill turtle flippers upon capture, and subsequent underwater observations. It is intended to aid in the development of softwares for sea turtle photo-id. Photos are named as "location_individual number_photo type". Locations: AB = Abrolhos, SP = São Pedro São Paulo. Individual number: number of the captured turtle. Photo type: LF = Left flipper, RF = right flipper, U1...X = underwater observations (e.g. AB_8_LF corresponds to a photo taken at Abrolhos, of individual 8, Left Flipper). Some individuals were photographed more than once underwater. All photos of the same individual present the same individual number, varying only the photo type. This data has not yet been published.

本数据集包含捕获时刻的玳瑁（hawksbill turtle）鳍肢照片及后续水下观测影像，旨在助力海龟个体识别相关软件的开发。照片命名规则为"采集地点_个体编号_照片类型"，各组成部分说明如下：采集地点：AB代表阿布洛霍斯群岛（Abrolhos），SP代表圣佩德罗-圣保罗群岛（São Pedro São Paulo）；个体编号：即对应被捕获海龟的专属编号；照片类型：LF为左前鳍（Left flipper），RF为右前鳍（Right flipper），U1至UX代表水下观测照片（例如AB_8_LF代表在阿布洛霍斯群岛拍摄的8号个体的左前鳍照片）。部分个体存在多张水下观测照片，同一海龟个体的所有照片均使用相同的个体编号，仅照片类型存在差异。本数据集尚未公开发布。
