Drosophila ficusphila Transcriptome or Gene expression

This RNAseq data is to support the Drosophila ficusphila genome project at Baylor College of Medicine Human genome Sequencing Center, to provide comparative sequencing data for the identification of functional DNA elements in the D.melanogaster genome. This transcriptome data will be used to annotate gene models in Drosophila ficusphila to aid the comparisons. This part of the larger modENCODE comparative genome project.
