Shen、Horikawa、Majima与Kamitani(2019)的《从人类脑活动实现深度图像重建》一文发表于《PLOS计算生物学》(PLoS Comput Biol),其预印本发布于bioRxiv平台。
本数据集提供了从人类脑活动解码得到的深度神经网络(Deep Neural Network, DNN)特征(存储为decodedfeatures-*.mat格式文件),以及用于解码的预处理功能磁共振成像(functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging, fMRI)数据(存储为sub-*.h5格式文件)。
原始fMRI数据可于OpenNeuro平台获取。
演示代码可于GitHub平台获取。
**修订历史**
2020年5月18日:此前包含人工图像、字母及意象实验的fMRI数据文件存在样本错误,现已完成修复。涉及文件如下:
