World Cities

World Cities provides a basemap layer for the cities of the world. The cities include national capitals, provincial capitals, major population centers, and landmark cities. Population estimates are provided for those cities listed in open source data from the United Nations Statistics Division, United Nations Human Settlements Programme, and U.S. Census Bureau.世界城市（World Cities）数据集为全球城市提供底图图层。该数据集涵盖的城市包含各国首都、省级行政区首府、大型人口聚居区以及标志性城市。针对收录于联合国统计司、联合国人类住区规划署与美国人口普查局开源数据中的城市，本数据集提供了人口估算数据。
