The ESTs from five independent cDNA libraries, prepared from three different S. frugiperda tissues (hemocytes, midgut and fat body) and from the Sf9 cell line, are deposited in the database.
五个独立互补DNA（complementary DNA, cDNA）文库所对应的表达序列标签（Expressed Sequence Tags, ESTs）已存入数据库，这些文库的构建材料涵盖草地贪夜蛾（Spodoptera frugiperda, S. frugiperda）的三种不同组织：血细胞、中肠与脂肪体，以及Sf9细胞系（Sf9 cell line）。
