THE IMPORTANCE OF RETROSPECTION, PROSPECTION AND RETARDATION IN THE EXPRESSION OF SPACE-TIME HARMONY IN THE LITERARY TEXTS OF KHURSHID DAVRON AND YASUSHI INOUE

Abstract: The article comparatively examines the importance of retrospection, prospection and retardation in the expression of spatial-temporal harmony in the literary texts of Khurshid Davron and Yasushi Inoue. Based on Samarkand Dream and Seiiki monogatari, the research analyzes historical memory, future-oriented vision, the chronotope of travel, the image of the city and the slowing down of narrative movement. The study argues that in the works of both writers space is not a neutral geographical background but a poetic field that gathers different layers of historical time.
