Structural studies of RNA Polymerase from P. aeruginosa

We would like to solve the high resolution structure of P.aeruginosa RNAP in both its apo-form and its holo-form containing sigma-28 and DNA using cryo-EM本研究拟采用冷冻电镜（cryo-EM）技术解析铜绿假单胞菌（P.aeruginosa）RNA聚合酶（RNAP）的高分辨率三维结构，涵盖其脱辅基空载形式与结合σ28因子及DNA的全酶形式两种状态。
