The pilot has been expanded to cover centralized hazardous waste collection units for small and micro enterprises, which must obtain approval from the provincial ecological environment authorities.
The dataset mainly includes the following contents: 1) Basic information: Hazardous waste code, hazardous characteristics (such as toxicity, corrosivity), name of the source enterprise and permit number; 2) Process data: Storage facility capacity and operating conditions, transfer manifest number, qualifications of the receiving unit, disposal methods (such as incineration, landfill) and final destination; 3) Compliance records: Implementation status of pollution prevention and control measures (such as anti-leakage inspection reports) and emergency response plans for environmental emergencies.
Update cycle: Monthly/Quarterly Reports: Hazardous waste operating entities shall submit monthly ledgers of received and disposed hazardous waste quantities for quarterly updates; Annual Implementation Reports: Summarize the annual hazardous waste transfer, disposal and environmental monitoring data, and update them by the end of January of the following year.
