一、数据描述: 在2012年6月~2013年6月内,分别对流域内降雨、河水、土壤水进行采样分析。 二、采样地点: 降雨采样点位于中科院祁连站院内,经纬度99°52′39.4″E,38°15′47″N; 河水采样点位于葫芦沟流域出口,经纬度99°52′47.7″E,38°16′11″N,采样频率为每周一次; 土壤水采样点位于在红泥沟集水区中下部,采样深度为地下180cm,经纬度99°52′25.98″E,38°15′36.11″N,仅取一次样。 三、测试方法: 样品中2012年样品采用Thermo Fisher TM Flash 2000和MAT 253型气体稳定同位素比值质谱仪进行测样;2013年样品采用L2130-i 超高精度液态水和水汽同位素分析仪进行测样。

I. Data Description: From June 2012 to June 2013, sampling and analysis were conducted for rainfall, river water and soil water within the watershed respectively. II. Sampling Sites: The rainfall sampling site is located within the courtyard of the Qilian Mountain Station of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, with coordinates of 99°52′39.4″E, 38°15′47″N; The river water sampling site is located at the outlet of the Hulugou Watershed, with coordinates of 99°52′47.7″E, 38°16′11″N, and the sampling frequency was once per week; The soil water sampling site is located at the middle-lower part of the Hongnigou Catchment, with a sampling depth of 180 cm below ground, coordinates of 99°52′25.98″E, 38°15′36.11″N, and only one sample was collected. III. Testing Methods: For samples collected in 2012, measurements were conducted using a Thermo Fisher™ Flash 2000 and a MAT 253 gas stable isotope ratio mass spectrometer; For samples collected in 2013, measurements were conducted using an L2130-i ultra-high precision liquid water and water vapor isotope analyzer.
