ANNEXA: extended canine and human annotations

Extended annotations generated by ANNEXA. Canine annotations were generated using the canFam4 reference genome and annotations from Ensembl, Refseq and the University of Uppsala (UU). Human annotations were generated using the GRCh38 genome and annotations from CHESS and GENCODE. The annotations were extended by using either Bambu or StringTie as transcript reconstruction tools. These annotations were generated in the context of a comparative oncology project.
