Targeting the RBM39-MEK5 axis synergizes with bortezomib to inhibit the malignant growth of multiple myeloma To investigate the function of RBM39 in multiple myeloma, we knock down RBM39 with shRNA in H929 and MM1S cell line. We also treated MM1S cells with the RBM39 inhibitor indisulam. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of H929 and MM1S cell lines. We also performed RNA immunoprecipitation (RIP) using an anti-RBM39 antibody in MM.1S cells and then performed RIP-seq to identify RNA targets of RBM39.
