Genotype Imputation Reference Panel from EUR population of 1000 Genomes Project 30x

This dataset contains a European (EUR) subset of the 1000 Genomes Project reference panel (GRCh38), prepared for genotype imputation workflows. Samples were filtered based on population labels, and variant data were processed into both VCF and BREF3 formats compatible with Beagle. The dataset includes chromosome-wise VCF files and corresponding BREF3 files. Source data:The original data were derived from the 1000 Genomes Project 30x. This dataset represents a processed subset and does not constitute primary sequencing data.
